How long did this guy write for National Review?

Rhetorical, it was a dozen years as this link states:

White supremacy, in the sense of a society in which key decisions are made by white Europeans, is one of the better arrangements History has come up with.
And oh how they loved "the Derb" over there -- and I find it hard to believe that in a dozen years, and many parties, confabs, and cruises Derbyshire didn't proudly wave his racist-freak flag high to giggles and nods of agreement from many of his co-horts.
