6.3 but worse

The earthquake was a 6.3, but like the Haitian earthquake was very shallow magnifying its intensity at the surface. At least 65 are dead. That will undoubtedly grow, but undoubtedly and thankfully because of better construction will not reach the scale of Haiti's devastation.
